What The Fans Think: The Tomorrow People

Children, born to human parents, who at some point between childhood and late adolescence experience a physical process called 'breaking out', developing special paranormal abilities including psionic powers such as telepathy, telekinesis, and teleportation. These children are the next stage of human development – homo superior. These are the Tomorrow People.

The Tomorrow People was a young adult British-made science fiction television series created by Roger Price. Produced by Thames Television for the ITV Network, the programme first ran from April 1973 to February 1979 over the course of 8 seasons (66 episodes), while a sequel series ran for 3 seasons (25 episodes) from November 1992 to March 1995. Over the series run, the format proved flexible enough to encompass a variety of stories including traditional alien invasions adventures as well as entering into genres such as espionage thrillers, slapstick comedy, time travel, political satires, and space opera.

This volume of What the Fans Think concentrates on 91 Tomorrow People episodes - over two separate series - through original reviews, analysis, personal opinion and essays. The fans will have their say on what they think are the best, worst, and merely average, episodes of the series. You just might be surprised by what they have to say.
